This movie came on while I was writing an email to my son’s father. I was trying to find the words to tell him our son (34 yrs old) was diagnosed with cancer. My son just like the son in this movie had not seen his father in years. He was in and out of his life since birth. I stopped writing and watched the movie instead. I cried like a baby after it ended. My only wish is for my son to stop trying to contact his father because it’s only brought him heartache. He never responds to his emails or mine. We don’t have any other way of contacting him. It’s a sad sad situation…unfortunately, I’m not alone in this. Very inspiring movie. A lot of truth and real life facts.
