Literally the most amazing and in-depth children's show to ever exist. They didn't try to baby their audience with cheap humor and new plots each episode. They created an entire world with a history and culture that never felt too alien to understand. The rewatch value is through the roof, the character development of Zuko is legendary and unmatched in any show I have ever watched, and the entire story was given extra care and attention to become the best it could be. Even the episodes that are considered separate from the main story line don't feel like fillers people are used to watching because it gives us nuggets of story throughout and uses its time to strengthen character relationships and develop their arcs in ways that are used in later more important episodes. I could go on for hours, but instead I will stop so you can GO WATCH IT.

This movie is so good! It’s visually stunning and unique, the music is beautiful, and the story is heartwarming. The costumes are incredible and the set design is absolutely amazing. They put so much artistic expression into one film and it’s a shame it did not do as well as they probably hoped. Big stars, new stars, Misty Copeland, Lang Lang, AND Paolo Sebastian’s couture house made a gorgeous line of dresses to promote the film. Not to mention the legend himself, Andrea Bocelli, sang a song in the end credits. I watch this movie all year round because it’s just so unique and a real sight to see. SPOILER NEXT However, I retracted one star because I was honestly so disappointed Sugar Plum was the villain. I wish Disney would stop with the twist villains, which aren’t really a surprise at all. I feel we all saw that coming.
