This remake was done with a cast of openly gay actors. That in and of itself makes this movie a must watch. Their talents in the representation of their characters truly expresses the range this group has. The poignant tensions still ring true and the expressions of their true selves develop throughout the telling of this play. The uncertainty and tumultuous feelings each character is wrought with can be felt through the screen, especially to those struggling through similar situations. A beautiful story and fabulous actors.
