I do believe that this is a great TV show and it has set the standard in my household for comedy TV, as well as being a bonding activity for my family and I. However in their introduction they use the binary gender term "Ladies and Gentlemen" which can be dysphoric to non-binary people and people who identify separately from the gender binary. I think that with changing times and all, SNL should make an effort to change their introduction to be more inclusive to all people. Using terms such as 'esteemed guests' would be much more inclusive.
