The Godzilla movie that knocks. This movie is the best in the heisei era because every other movie is beam spam but this movie is godzilla if he were like the original and is a modernized 1954 for people who don’t want black and white.

This movie is just perfection. Not saying it’s the best in my opinion but it’s up there. If you want to enjoy a movie with strong messaging watch the Japanese version cause the American version is just big monster attack big city with Raymond burr included. So if your seeing this for anyone who hasn’t seen it watch it now if you wanna understand what is the purpose of godzilla

People hate the millenium era for idk reasons but this movie I’d say has more action then any other movie with mechagodzilla(including Godzilla vs kong 2021)

This movie feels a lot different from the 1954 film. The 1954 represents nuclear warfare and the destruction of that. But this movie represents the horrors and destruction of war. I mean this movie happened 10 years after world war 2. Even though it is rushed I find it nice how it gives Godzilla his first fight in a movie.
