I have watched (and rewatched) every episode of gracie and frankie. I just finished the farewell documentary on netflix. I am sorry to say goodbye but I needed to tell the cast and producers, just how much this show meant to me. Of course it was hilarious and of course an amazing stellar cast! But for me personally, I don’t think I could’ve gone through my divorce and come out so well if it were not for this show! I am 61 and not 70s but after 26 year marriage two kids, and a few homes, I didn't expect to find myself starting over again. This wasn’t my planned retirement plan! I was a sacrificing and compromising wife and mother and worked hard but it wasnt enough, and I had to hear the words “I dont love you any more!” well I was Gracie, angry and bitter and spunky like her too. brianna! Omg too funny. The kids dynamics with their parents was hilarious. these episodes made me laugh when I felt like crying. Please know how very special this show was! Brilliant acting.
