I don’t know how you can be racing a certain race that you have to have over a certain amount of HP and have a certain amount of PP. I fully upgraded a corvette and had over 1,000HP but the PP were too high, then I lowered the PP then the HP was too low, that’s not racing if you have the PP restricting you from letting you race what you want to race. The older Gran Turismo games didn’t have PP or HP restrictions
