Yes the film isn’t subtle but then the attention span of many young girls is a fleeting thing.
So it repeats its message over and over and over.
HOWEVER….If it stops one young or older woman having lip fillers,facial surgery,buttock enlargements and all the other deforming atrocities encouraged by social media et al….THEN IT DESERVES AN OSCAR.

I can’t recommend a novel that left me,as a woman,feeling queasy.
The wrapping of belief in a man who is good,found me unable accept the idea of a young woman(40) making love with a 73 yr old man without it being a necessity of her poverty and not his “goodness”
I couldn’t relate either to the accepted racism the novel portrays.It is never questioned and neither is the existence of “god”.

Incredible,thought provoking novel that has you inspecting your innermost frailties.
Perfect prose with the easy ability to make you laugh out loud at those aforementioned frailties!

Tarantino and the Cohen brothers have always enabled the suspension of disbelief(i.e historical inaccuracy)
They achieve this with wonderful humour,great wit,brilliant plots and superb acting.
This show had none of the aforementioned and instead relied on,visual pomp,political correctness and virtue signalling.
I despair and worry at the dumbing down that so many people now applaud...utter and absolute rubbish.
