Wrongfully bans accounts and won't give any further recourse or explanation. Account reports get scanned by AI, account gets banned, and when asked about the ticket they conduct an "investigation" (a review of the AI findings, not an actual account review) with no questions asked, and simply locks the user out of their account. Disgusting for a company that offers so many incentives to spend money. Years of money spent, down the drain because they're too lazy to actually do their jobs.
