just finished the first 6 episodes. i'm not sure how long the first season is. first off, i'll say i'm an alec baldwin fan. he starred in my all-time fave movie, 'MIAMI BLUES', back in 1990. i think he's intelligent, funny, intense and a great actor. and he's surprisingly good at doing other people's voices, too.
at 66, i can't believe he has 7 kids under the age of 11. that would be my worst nightmare but i'm 54 with no kids, so to each, their own, but i don't know how he does it. it seems like pure chaos.
i don't think his wife is as bad as some people seem to think. she can talk a little too much sometimes but she's ok by me. i think she looks fantastic for having birthed 6 kids. she's in unbelievable shape.
the rust trial seemed to take years off his life. the judge dismissed the case because the prosecution withheld evidence more than once. i would be seriously upset if i wasn't given a fair trial. it's shameful the prosecution withheld evidence, trying to convict alec at any cost. the trial was a farce to begin with, imo. it was a horrible tragedy, none the less.
anyways, reality shows are generally pretty kooky but i enjoyed this because i enjoy alec. it was interesting to see into his crazy life with all those kids (and pets). i wonder what kind of payday they got for this. there are rumors he might be hurting for money after the trial, lawyers and lawsuits and now, lack of work. he has his hamptons house for sale for $29M but now it's down to $19M.
