Very unrealistic on a couple major points of the book. One, I'm sorry, but I find it impossible that babies can get missing from a hospital. 1, maybe, 2 a little crazy. But to keep happening, ridiculous. Next was the whole meeting with the Russian. That would have never happened, nevermind as easy as it did. I actually read 3/4 of the book, then couldn't take it anymore.
