( Spoilers ) This movie was a work of art Beautiful musical energy with rich story telling. Yet there is one point in this movie that has a major... really major flaw.. the last 20-30 minutes towards the end of the movie. It was fantastic it really was until that one moment.. those were who watched that moment know. The moment he sat down on that stool in the court house. Apologies if that spoiled anything but you could tell they were originally gonna go down a set path but for some reason that changed.. I remember when the first movie came out they said this was not The Joker it was Joker the man who inspired The Joker and there was a lot of complaining about this and I was one to complain as well. Then I remember a statement somewhere saying they changed this decision.. well no at the end they did this.. we watched this Joker, loved this Joker, Arthur was a perfect Joker and I wish he was the joker that this universes Batman would go up against. But no they ruined the movie and set it up for a new joker taking Arthurs place... Its horrible they did this. I loved Arthur and the moment they had him say there was no Joker broke me. I wanted to walk out of there in that moment. I hoped I was wrong and well I personally wish the last part of the movie didnt happen. I hate they did this to Arthur, this was how his story ends when I really really wanted to see how him and Lee could run Gotham. Be the Ultimate Power Couple. Its a real shame. If it wasnt for the ending that was so so hated by me and many others who witnessed the movie. I would have given this movie Five Stars but that ending ruins the whole movie so it's lucky I even rated two. I kinda hope they change this and give an alternative ending that everyone wants. Some people might not agree with me, thats fine. I love these movies, I love these actors, god they are spectacular. Some of my favorites now. I hope to see them in more projects in the future.
