I just saw it. There were only 4 people in the theater but I enjoyed it immensely and so did the other 3. I asked. It's sad to realize that this is a true story. It would have taken quite a bit of courage to actually "live it". I was impressed with Steve Carrell's depth of character. This isn't his usual fare but it shows a richer acting talent that exceeds just comedic exploits. The animations slide seamlessly into real frame and back again without being "choppy or rough". Kudos Mr. Zemeckis for tackling this project with style and grace. No, this isn't a movie for everyone however, if you want to see a really good movie then see it with no expectations or based on reviews.... you decide. I am happy I did just that.
