My Nature My World, has twenty-two poems released on 29 July 2021, courtesy "Notion Press", the publishers, and the Second Edition ny Bluerose publishers released in August 2024. I started writing poems in year 2000 when our 'Nation' had touched a billion mark! I kept writing now and then but most of these were written during Covid-19 related lockdown which gave me time to brood over rich experiences gained as a Cardiac Anesthesiologist and gaining knowledge by reading and keen observation. Having seen life closely, at one end, struggling to save precious lives, and on other front confronted with calamities faced by the living world with disturbance in ecology due to unsuitable life style of man; made me write poems to make avid readers aware of the short comings of the man to succeed quickly to improve upon life pattern that affects the 'Nature'. There is a need to save mankind from a certain disaster in not so distant future. I dedicate these poems to my mother, (Late) Krishna Kumari, whom we lost in the morning of 5th October 2020! May one ignore shortcomings in my effort, my maiden attempt. It is time to try and find out positives and help bring change in oneself to decrease miseries occurring with climate change! My Nature My World

The serial on Ashoka as imagined by its makers were destined to be doomed! Looking always for TRP points for profits, they marched into an era of eminence that means a lot to the glory of India's past; has been churned that has affected the characters, glorified in previous depictions in a teleserial, now been mauled in "Prachhand Ashoka" therefore has been completely rejected by the masses. I wanted it to be continued to see how badly history could be altered! Either nothing is known of the era or it was wilfully tampered for reasons best known to its makers! Historical serials must be passed by the censor board which should look into its contents before it goes on to its production. It is not about taking away freedom of expression of the writers, the directors involved in its making but to alter history must be taken as distorting facts and such productions must be rejected at the outset. Depicting covering Bindusara with a curtain to prevent Ashoka being seen, does not looks like a historical fact. If it is, than evidence must be given for bringing it on the screen and stated in writing on the episodes. Historical facts cannot be based on imaginations that may upsed the viewers!
