One of the most comprehensive yet easy to read books on communication that I've ever read. Mr. Maxwell takes remarkably complex topics and areas of focus and distills them into understandable components. I'm on my second read and I'm learning so much as I go. I'm guessing there will be a workbook accompanying this at some point.
