Fascinating book, I couldn't put it down. To see that world through the eyes of Klara, a humanoid robot who feels human emotions, was very enlightening and very disturbing at the same time. Humans have such fatal flaws, but Klara is kindness personified, as she tries to figure out why humans act as they do. She wants to understand love, but humans can be poor models of love,and inconsistent friends at best.
