Thought it was an interesting story. Unlike a lot of these copy-paste reviews, I actually had this thought on my own and I actually played the game start-to-finish.
This game's story shows how painful it is to see someone acting in, and being a victim of, ugly destructive emotions that are well explained and understood by the audience - but for that understanding to provide little comfort as you watch characters you grow to have strong feelings for acting in believable but deeply regrettable ways.
Also it showed women with some muscle bulk and shows male characters being vulnerable and weak, and this infuriated a whole generation of incels who brigade this game, to this day.
If you painstakingly developed AAA games, if you like uncomfortable narratives with deep moral conflict and mortal characters, and/or if you just like bearing witness to media that infuriates neet incels shut-in's, this game's for you.
