I hate it when a game has potential and doesn't follow through. There are parts of this game that are excellent, mainly the times when you're on the ocean just exploring around. Its incredibly well done. The ship battles are hit and miss. They are fun but are very repetitive. Regardless, its fun watching my fire cannons light my opponent on fire every time! The sections where you are forced on land are some of the worst I've ever played. Just awful. And there is a grinding part of this game that is just so boring and confusing as you try to collect resources needed to upgrade your ship. Overall not great and I regret paying full price. If you can find it discounted it's worth a playthrough for sure
