This is my first ever 5 star book. The writing is amazing, the characters are so heartwarming- the story is brilliant. I could not recommend it enough. More people need to read it for sure. I loved Elias so much, his character could literally be nothing less than perfect. I loved the cute scenes so much, don’t wanna spoil too much- just the best book I’ve read in general and this year.

As someone who would say Lightlark was a 2.5/5 star book, this book blew my expectations. I was expecting to not enjoy the book but since I had bought the whole series I didn’t want to not read it. But I was pleasantly surprised. I listened to the Audiobook alongside which definitely elevated my concentration and made me feel more connected to the book. I think the world building is still a little bare and the plot was foreseeable in some points but i had a pleasant time reading it anyways. 3.5/5 for me but could see why people disliked it and could definitely see myself in the same boat without the audiobook to lead me through some of the harder parts. Props to the audiobook VA!!
