This game is all sorts of good. It's quite phenomenal due to me and my bro playing it since we were young. It's very generic and cookie cutter lore wise, however, I say the basic game play and RPG mechanics really do a favor. It's easy to pick up and play, has unlimited replay value, and I come back to it with my bro every so often, it's really nice. Tons of memories and inside jokes formed from it. My only complaint is that it doesn't have a playable dwarf. I mean, come on, you have a fantasy game without a playable dwarf but a few elves that are pickable? It's fine. I genuinely love this game to bits. It's hard to emulate unless you have a powerful PC, but I say it's worth dropping a few grand on this game alone.
