Read the whole series. And I appreciate as a reader how the author carried out this book, I love dystopian society's and how Nemesis is more than meets the eye, just do your self a favor and read the series and maybe listen to a band called "Noctura" the whole album "surrender the Sun"

I have read and re-read these books, Pierce Brown is heaven sent. Darrow can leave you surprised with his savagery and cunning, he proves that human intellect no matter the genetic barrier, will evolve to annihilate totalitarian mentalities. Yes even the Golds can leave You in a trance with their brute strength and methods and have you rooting for them. The books hooked me.
