At first when I heard this album when it first came out, I didn't really like it, I found it to be too repetitive for my liking. I just didn't get what the fuss was about which sucked cos Maiden are my all time favorite band and I've been a fan of them since I was 4 years old. Then I saw them at Download 2022 where they played the first three songs, I fell in love with the 3 songs they played and I listened to those 3 but still dismissed the other songs. But then recently they've announced the upcoming Future Past Tour, which is consisting of the masterpiece Somewhere In Time album and Senjutsu. With this news I decided to give it another listen and its finally gelled! I absolutely love the album now! Long story short, Its a definite grower but when it hits you, It sticks Up The Irons!
