The writers and critics all expected Kevin Hart to be some slap stick comedian which is his wheelhouse and their expectations were completely unrealistic. It's based on a true story! Rotten Tomatoes and the Critics completely got it wrong and wanted to see some kind of off the wall comedic flick and Kevin Hart and Brian Cranston did an amazing job telling a TRUE STORY! This movie is totally worth going to see and watching some of the other human elements such as the importance of love, care, kindness, and a human and was totally necessary. The scene where Kevin Hart smashes the sculptures and vases on behalf of Brian Cranston's character, because he was unable to move but finally able to feel something, was climactic and phenomenal! You are learning about some good life lessons watching this movie and not wasting your time. Don't pay any attention to Rotten Tomatoes and Variety and the NY Times... they don't have a clue about the human spirit and want something completely unrealistic. This movie is a clear winner!
