Spoilers!!!
Completely predictable. I liked the cast and the idea but the execution leaves something to be desired. From the first episode it was obvious the direction the story was going. The flashbacks were actually a distraction. The love triangle was cliche and as soon as it was introduced where one side of the triangle was going to be cut loose soon and the problem another side had with having a baby the baby plot was clear.
Also, the curmudgeon old sexist doctor (very cliche) who grew a soft spot for the modern nurse would have been better had she not proven herself, he accepted her, then took a couple steps backwards and she had to prove herself again, leading to him putting her own name tag on the door. Badly handled.
I could go on but just take the cliche's above and repeat them in the standard drama show and you know what's going to happen.
I know the way it ended we're supposed to be hanging on to that cliff but, frankly, they lost me when it turned into a love-triangle with an unwanted baby-mama hanging on the side. Nothing drags and/or kills a plot faster than a baby.
