Not Scary at all. The Xenomorph looks like a person in a suit. The Xenomorph is threated as a pet. The Peter Pan metaphor is overused and shallow. The funny bits are not funny, just silly. Even Alien: Romulus, Alien 3 and Alien: Resurection are pretty good compared to this.
