I have never been a fan of Nicolas Cage. He is a prime example of Hollywood nepotism. How he ever won an Academy award is way beyond my understanding. His lifestyle says all there is to say about CAGE. HE is the personification of excesses. His acting is one dimensional. He plays roles that anyone without talent could do as well. All in all, the man is a waste. Butcher's Crossing is but one of the great piles of cinematic garbage that he leaves in his trail.

Actors are are fine, I just can't get a handle on the story line. Surprised that Bridges and Lithgow were attracted to this project. Lacks meaningful substance .Action sequences must have been a bit of a push for Bridges. Wonder if he was doing chemo at the time.

Taylor Sheridan hit another home run. He's won some lost some but this is a winner. Great cast and great writers. A winning combination
