Don’t. This doesn’t deserve money. There’s no substance at all to this utopian dream. There’s no substance at all to the entire long, silly thing. They say Coppola just sat there in set and smoked a lot of weed when they could have been shooting. He could have just smoked a lot of weed at home and not Embarrassed himself like this. Horrible production value as everything looks like cheap green screen with bad lighting and camera work. The script is complete garbage. The actors tried to make something. Costumes don’t make a film. Why could he stop time? When was that ever relevant? Who the hell wrote that freshman year film school script? Charlie Chapman made this film in one monologue in the great dictator. It lasted a couple minutes and was incredible. Coppola dragged the same ideology out for over two hours and never got to any point other than vague ideology. Vague ideology doesn’t do anything. This is a cry that somebody needs to go to a nursing home. So bad. Maybe the worst show I’ve ever seen.
