5 killer habits: Be a rebel
The title alone beckons to everyone who wants to substantially change their lives and unlearn old habits. Which is why , I grabbed it the moment I saw it.
The moment people realise it's a non-fiction, we assume it to be filled with "toxic positivity" , and general rant , which seems moot and honestly difficult to apply for it lacks the universal appeal, but with this, it has been surprisingly quite the contrary.
The writer has been candid , and honest with their examples, and quotes to back up what they are trying to teach. It doesn't sound like "heed to my words and u shall benefit" but more like, "hey I know this is difficult how about we take a different approach."
This book seems like a conversation with a dear friend. And I am glad I read it.
