It was always going to be hard to compete with her first album of classic covers to then writing and producing all her own songs on this album. But her amazing talent shines through the music in Fire Within. Although not all classic songs. there are a few 'Wings', 'Words As Weapons,' 'Maybe' , 'Standing In The way Of The Light.' and many other great songs on the album. 'Shine', 'Home', and 'No Angel'. But she certainly is an angel writing some great music with a voice to match. A wonderful album showcasing the amazing musical talents of Birdy now establishing her as a wonderful singer song writer.

The first Album of this Amazing Artist Birdy when she was just fifteen is a collection of classic songs covers that she did with her own interpretation of the music showcasing her beautiful voice and her musical talent. 'Skinny Love' being the most famous one that kick started her success. 'People Help The People' was also a big hit and my favourite 'Terrible Love'. But there is also one of her own songs on the Album 'Without A Word ' a sign of the gifted talent of the singing songwriter to come.
