It started a little slow but the further I got into it the more I was hooked. I fell in love with Lola and all the characters within the Brisbane backdrop. I could not put it down and so many emotions just kept flooding me. Trent writes beautifully and in a way I can completely relate to. Lola and her quirks remind me of parts of myself. I just want to notice and observe everything. I loved it so much. This was my first Dalton book. Now onto Boy Swallows Universe.
