Iโm neither a movie reviewer nor someone who usually watches romantic films. In fact, there are only a handful in that genre that truly touched my heart โ Bombay, Premikula Roju, and 7G Rainbow Colony โ each for its own special reason.
But today, I stumbled upon a gem โ 8 Vasanthalu.
From the very first few seconds, the film got my attention and didnโt let go. Itโs beautifully layered with human emotions and thoughtfully narrated. Itโs a poetic experience created by Phanindra Narsetti โ a name I now have immense respect for. The dialogues are subtle yet thought-provoking, lingering in my mind long after the credits roll.
What truly amazed me was the cast. Ananthika Sanilkumar, Hanu Reddy, Kanna Pasunoori, and Ravi Teja โ all fresh faces โ delivered performances so genuine like seasoned actors. Hats off to them!
A special mention to the music director (Hesham Abdul Wahab) and cinematographer (Vishwanath Reddy) โ the visual storytelling and soothing music elevated the emotional depth of the film even more.
If you appreciate films that speak to the soul and arenโt afraid to explore the complexity of love and self-discovery, 8 Vasanthalu is a must-watch.
