I received this book from a former school teacher as a gift and am thankful to him for introducing me to this concept.
To be honest, the book itself is not my kind of reading. But I enjoyed learning the basis of the 5S framework from this book and then got an opportunity to speak with the author thanks to my teacher and understand it better.
The breathing exercises which I've picked up from this journey have been helpful and I'll hope to learn more stuff along the way.
