So unimpressed with this book. I have been a big fan of Gabriel Allon, but found this book to be a diatribe of leftist drivel. The moderate right in America has been the best friend of the Jewish state for some time. My travels to Israel have the Israeli people thanking me as an American as to what we have done to support their people. Why would you portray the right as all extremist and the left as the answer for the Jewish people. The premis of the Gospel of Pontius Pilate to justify this nonsense is unconscionable. You have lost me as a reader with your need to espouse your misguided political agenda.
