Tim Woods is ridiculous! He is so freightened of everything, constantly saying "it doesn't feel right, I need to get out of here." This group is supposed to be a team and even though there is always someone who leads, that person still gives the rest of the team the ability to work and do what they were intended to do. Tim woods was not that person, he treated the team like they were his employees. It was obvious that Sarah Lemos had to keep her mouth shut and just watch, otherwise Tim would throw a tantrum. I've seen Sarah on lots of other shows and her behavior was abnormal for her on this show. Sapphire on the other hand did no investigating, Tim treated her like the camera operator and the only input she seemed to be able to give were the "shocked" looks. I liked Scotty, but he still behaved as if he had to hold back his roll on the team due to Tim. Tim was absolutely ridiculous when he threw a tantrum over showing a child like drawing to the family. He tells the team not to say anything to the family yet and then he says something to the family, which ignites their curiosity. Then he gets pissed that the mother who they are there for wants to see it. It's now the end of the season and I have no idea what they investigated outside of Tim's feelings.
