Diabolik lovers? More like Diabolically written. You can barely get into the story because the mc is near constantly getting assaulted, the story is all over the place, im not even sure how im supposed to feel anything for any of them when when they have borderline the worst personalities ive ever seen. Any level of decency is thrown out of the window as soon as they interact with the mc who is not only constantly gaslit and manipulated but never catches a god damn break. This reeks of those half written "enemies to lovers" books that have 2 interactions before forcing a sexual scene down your throat. At one point the mc is DROWNING and instead of being pulled out of the pool (by the same man WHO THREW HER IN) she is spoiler alert ONCE AGAIN ASSAULTED. The only kindness or vague sense of normalcy is given by the wet paper towel that is the mc, whos 2 personality traits are "being nice" and and believing in god. The only other thing Diabolical in this show is how down bad the fanbase is for for what is just r*** and excuses.
