Imy sober date was Dec 1/94 & although I didn't pick up ACIM until June 8/96, I date my ACIM to that point. My life has gone through 3 violent upheavals including being attack and knocked unconscious in a motel room @ 68 years of age. Once started with the lessons it took 7 years EXACTLY from when I first cracked the text. What I have found EXACTLY is that I come up short at every activity I think I want to participate in.
