This is a remake of the 1934 film Death Takes A Holiday with Fredric March. I had heard about this movie a loooong time ago and it was always on my list to watch as I also like the original, but I never got around to it. Today I finally did and I am so glad that I did. The performances were spot on and the ending was just perfect. I'm not an overly sentimental type but I actually cried at the end of this movie. If you haven't seen it, please go check it out.

Do not waste your time period this movie is a complete and other piece of garbage. The acting is wooden. The special effects are lousy, the direction, well, you can definitely tell it's a Michael Mann film but it's just lousy. I read the book, which was pretty good, and I thought the movie would be just as good, but the movie is a complete piece of garbage stay away at all costs.
