This fourth movie within the Halloweentown series greatly missed the mark. When the decision was made to recast the main character Marnie, it lost a lot of momentum.
As a child, I cringed when I seen this presented as apart of Halloweentown now years later and I still haven’t found the magic to gravitate to.
Unfortunately in 2016 Debbie Reynolds has passed, so it is very clear a remake or series that we all hoped for will not occur, hence the rating.
