I read the book and was disappointed with the movie. There is really nothing that blatantly wrong with the script, it's the directing that let this down. Actors and dialogue were good but the directing was so awkward. Such a waste. And while Hoechlin was great, I felt Daddario was a bit forced/unnatural. I didn't feel she had chemistry with Hoechlin.
