This book shows really effective exercises which tone the body. Love it! The clear descriptive demonstrations really show people how to do the exercises precisely and effectively. The exercises really have helped tone my body, especially the exercises with weights. (I've always been worried in case I'll bulk out using weights), but the weights exercises shown in the Shape Up Size Down book really do help tone and slim the female body if done regularly. Highly recommend this book, it really does show effective exercises. I've lost an inch on my waist already!
