"Without Everything" is not a suitable name for this movie because it is word by word translation of a persian insult. "Unscrupulous" or "unprincipled" is closer to that meaning:
Someone who has no good morals. Lacking good qualities. Far from good morals. Who does not know promises, promises, and friendship. Extremely bad-tempered.
