Definitely a RPG. One if the best games I have ever played, ranks right up there with The Wicher 3 and The Elder Scrolls. It is not like the original Assasins Creed games so if you are okay with that it is wonderful. The art work is breathtaking and game play is fantastic. I highly recommend it. It is a very long game, I put in over 200 hours but did everything including the DLC. I certainly got my money out of it.
