the concept of this movie was great. Gets corny, predictable and boring as the movie proceeds the ending. Characters are one dimensional. To add thrill to this thriller they destroyed the realism in this movie as the protagonist does so many stupid things despite being a trainer 911 operator. Movie's potential is wasted by bad script and lack or character development. People need to up their game who call this movie thrilling, try better movies like Shutter Island.
