This was truly the first horror movie that had me shaking in my seat at the cinema. Having watched it's predecessor, I assumed it'd be good. But this wasn't good. It was BRILLIANT. Between the amazing acting, top-notch writing, genius sound design, and horrifyingly well-made jumpscares (which I usually dislike), there's literally no room to breathe. It kept me on my toes until the very end. I have never written a movie review before, but this one has me writing this as I'm leaving the cinema, which just goes to show how perfect it is.
