This book is a blend of romantic story and philosophical perspective. The author, under the pseudonym Oslo Meko, uses the life of Warren Wilcox to give us insights into his thoughts and feelings about current issues, particularly immigration policy and the immigrant experience. His inclusion of his history as a Nigerian himself adds credence to his opinions and his descriptions.
I would have given this book 4 stars but I found the editing jarring and interruptive of my reading experience. I would not recommend Friesen Press to anyone wanting to self-publish.
