I honestly don't think people down voting this got it. The whole movie, well 90%, Gawan is just on mushrooms and completely tripping his arse off. I thought this was the case from almost the start. However, there's a scene where he slides or moves down the edge of this cliff. He stops and picks a mushroom and then @ 20secs later he starts to throw up. I'm not gonna pretend to say I don't know what he was feeling lol. But I can be pretty accurate. If you'll notice most of the movie has a blur along the edges of every scene. This represents how he is seeing things because he is 100% tripped out. My family and I were talking about the meaning of the movie near the end as Gawain battles his way towards the Green Knight. As he heads towards the "Green Knight" he(Gawain) and the scenery had a tint of green. EVERYTHING had a green tint to it. Gawain's sash was also green. When the final scenes came up,. I said if he gets his head cut off, he was the Green Knight all along. Well.... did you watch it? I gave it 3.75 stars out of 5 lol. I got it. There is NO mistaking that this is what the movie depicted. Watch it again. This movie begs to be discussed. **There's no doubt you have to have done shrooms or some other hallucinogenic to REALLY get it. Maybe like The Wall. If not, it was a weird movie.
