What an extraordinary masterpiece! The movie consistently gives goosebumps throughout its 2.5-hour runtime. Yami Gautam's acting was truly mind-blowing.
The film delves deep into the years of planning and groundwork leading up to the abrogation of Article 370 of the Indian Constitution. It explores the intricate web of the MONEY GAME that fueled continuous unrest, violence, and terrorist activities in Jammu & Kashmir. The portrayal of how terrorism was facilitated by the cooperation of politicians, government officials, ISI, and terrorists, pushing the youth of Kashmir into such activities, is particularly compelling. Additionally, it provides profound insights into the legal hurdles preventing the abrogation and the historical changes made to the article. Furthermore, the film sheds light on the connection between the PULWAMA ATTACK, which claimed the lives of 40 soldiers, and the broader narrative.
The movie also compellingly portrays the power dynamics of the PMO and strategic manoeuvres, such as ending the coalition with the Mehbooba Mufti government in J&K, followed by the Governor's rule and the President's rule. In a nutshell, the movie completely opens up the ecosystem of Article 370 and the groundwork for its abrogation.
"Article 370" stands out as one of the most inspiring and insightful movies I've seen in a long time. A big salute to the entire team!
