Get rid of Kyle Sandilands, he is an arrogant, pretentious, and rude individual. He has no judging skills at all. If he likes the contestant he overdoes the compliments, but if the contestant fails to meet his expectations, he degrades them shockingly. Common decency requires a decent judge to be positive and constructive in their summery. There is an old terminology that says apply the KKK system, ie Kiss Kick Kiss. 1st point - Pick there strongest point and compliment them. 2nd point - Highlight there main weakness (tactfully) 3rd point - Recommend what they need to do to correct their weak points and finish on a positive note. All of these points are foreign to Kyle. If he doesn't like this criticism then that's how the contestants he crucifies, feel. Stiff Cheddar
