The book "Whisky, Women and World" is truly a gem, the book revolves around the protagonist who was burdened by the weight of failed ambitions and many other characters who were going through a really tough time of their life, how they wanted to kill themselves but had a hope that everything will be good, how they had a will to live for someone they love!!
The story emphasizes the transformative impact of human connections, offering hope amidst struggles. The theme resonate deeply with readers, as they remind us of the strength found in our relationships with others.
Author's writing is nothing short of poetic, as he artfully weaves together the existential struggles of his characters. The quote at the beginning of the book beautifully encapsulates the themes that run throughout - the constant negotiation between life and death, the sacrifices made along the way, and the enduring hope that persists even in the face of despair.
The author had narrated this story too good, by telling us every little knowledge, every important things, the transformation of the character's thinking, everything was too well written.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This novel contains scenes involving depictions of violence, discussions of domestic abuse, references to sexual violence, sexual content, explicit language, and themes related to transgender individuals and IGBTQ+ experiences. If any of these themes are sensitive or triggering for you, please consider your emotional well-being while reading.
Overall it was a worth read for me so I would highly recommend this book to everyone who feels like "I can't do this anymore"
