I had high hopes for Chhava, but sadly, it turned out to be a complete letdown. The film promised a gripping historical narrative but delivered a mediocre experience at best. The pacing was painfully slow, dragging the plot out in a way that made it hard to stay engaged. The acting was another major issue. While the lead actor tried hard, the performances felt flat and lacked emotional depth. There was no real connection to the characters, which is critical when you're telling a story based on historical figures. Visually, the movie didn’t do much to stand out either. The sets and costumes seemed underwhelming, failing to capture the grandeur of the era it was portraying. It’s clear the filmmakers didn't prioritize quality in the visual elements, which made it harder to immerse oneself in the story. Overall, Chhava missed the mark. What could’ve been an inspiring tale of valor and courage ended up being a forgettable, lackluster experience. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a well-executed historical drama.
